I had a problem with my Jeep, and they fit me in right away. Very pleasant and informative customer service. We could not discover a problem any more, so they did not even charge me for the diagnostic tes away. Very pleasant and informative customer service. Once again my Yark service experience was a disappointment. Rather than just be honest and tell me the repair is going to take 2 weeks, I’m told it will be ready in a day or two. NOT! I had to wait sometime upon arriving as no one seemed anxious to take my information. Once the problem with my ignition was diagnosed, it reinforced one of my greatest fears when I bought the car...
