Very dissatisfied with customer service provided and lack of management concern. Should not have to drive over there to ask question and schedule service because no one answers phone and then be told they ca of management concern. When tried to call later, same thing no one answered phone and asked for various levels of management and no manager would take my call and still waiting for manager call back. VERY POOR customer service! More

came in for oil change, tire rotation, and check low tire. vehicle has warrantee, claims "cant find" tire now needs new tpm tire stem.
