Yark Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT - Service Center

I purchased a 2020 Jeep in January. My car has 3,600 miles on it and found a lever from the rear vent on the floor. I called service, brought my car in and was informed that they would need to order thi miles on it and found a lever from the rear vent on the floor. I called service, brought my car in and was informed that they would need to order this rear unit and would call when it came in. After 5 days I received a call that it had arrived. I scheduled an appointment and was told a window of 3 hours to fix would be needed. The job took 1 1/2 hours and service took extra precaution to protect against Covid exposure. I brought my Town and Country in because the tire pressure was low even after I put air in it. I didn't have an appointment. I didn't know which tire was low. The desk guy suggested that I drive the car and see if any tires got low, but I wasn't comfortable with that and he agreed to have them spray all the tires to check for a leak. More
