Love my Jeep Wrangler. They take a long time to change oil and rotate tires. They said I have no more free oil changes so will just get them done in Findlay where I am from instead of driving up there. Th oil and rotate tires. I purchased a 2020 Jeep in January. My car has 3,600 miles on it and found a lever from the rear vent on the floor. I called service, brought my car in and was informed that they would need to order thi miles on it and found a lever from the rear vent on the floor. I called service, brought my car in and was informed that they would need to order this rear unit and would call when it came in. After 5 days I received a call that it had arrived. I scheduled an appointment and was told a window of 3 hours to fix would be needed. The job took 1 1/2 hours and service took extra precaution to protect against Covid exposure.
