Very disappointing experience, but because of Mike Hehl and Joe Cerveny I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else. Brought in my car back in October with number of issues,however my start issue wasn' and Joe Cerveny I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else. Brought in my car back in October with number of issues,however my start issue wasn't fixed. Brought the car back in again in November for my start issue along with struts issue noticed by Yark's express lane. My original service advisor was out for couple of weeks and his customer was handed to Chase. After keeping the car for 2 weeks Chase informed me that the tech couldn't find the issue, also no update on the status. Picked up the car on November 20th and Chase informed me that the tech was out for the weekend and will get back to me on the struts issue on Monday November 23rd. Today is December 7th and no one has reached out to me as of yet. Also on November 20th after picking up my car and driving around town my start issue repeated and the car wouldn't start for half a day and had to tow it back to my house. More
Bought oil change and tire rotation ( 2 or 3 changes). Was told they expired. Why should they expire? I change oil according to my dashboard, not by mileage or time passed. The idea of this technology is to “ save the planet”. An expiration date says the technology is worthless. I will never buy ahead for oil changes again. I feel that I was scammed by this. Goodbye. Very helpful and friendly service people. We took our car in on a Saturday morning when it was overheating. They could not do service then but looked at it on Monday morning and got it back and running car in on a Saturday morning when it was overheating.
