Your technicians either need to follow the checklist or get some additional coaching. There is absolutely no reason why a customer should get a vehicle back that isn’t working properly. Very poor experience simply due to lack of communication by the service advisor. He called to originally let me know hands were on my car, it was being looked at. He would update by end of day. End of day approached with no update so I called and LM. I then called in the AM to followup and was told he would call me right back. By the END of the day I called and he updated me that I needed a new rim/tire. He said the rim would be in soon - he will call with an update. After no returned update I call to see if it's going to be in before holidays so I can make arrangements. I'm told My advisor will call me back. No calls back. At end of day I call and get through to another technician who says he will call in the AM. Any guesses? No call! I call him around noon and he said my rim just arrived and he was hoping it would be done by day end but couldn't guarantee it. Tomorrow at latest. I asked if he would update me by end of day so I can make plans. No call. By this point I am annoyed. I'm told I'd get a call first thing. 1PM next day.... NO CALL. I called in quite annoyed and have to say Leslie I believe is her name, was awesome! She got me my update and told me when it would be ready. THANKS! I showed up to pick it up and only one service advisor was there. Very quiet. She was paging and calling my advisor. I waited near 15 mins.... turns out he was right outside the door just talking the entire time. No respect for others time. My vehicle will not be serviced at Yark anymore. Ask Leslie or whoever the bdc/service helper is that takes calls.... it was RIDICULOUS. No apology upon picking it up or standing there 15 mins while he xxxxxxxxxxx either. Best part... after getting new tires check out how accurately they balanced them! 37 - 39 - 37 - 32 More
