My issue was not resolved on a brand new Jeep! They basically wiped their hands of the situation to make my car right. I was told to take it to Belle tire by Yark. They told me unless I purchased a n basically wiped their hands of the situation to make my car right. I was told to take it to Belle tire by Yark. They told me unless I purchased a new set of tires for a car that has 3500 miles on it the issue would not be fixed! Belle told me to take it to Charlie’s Dodge and maybe they would help me since Tark won’t!!! Not acceptable!!!! More
I had a seatbelt problem and theyntold me to come in right away where other places couldn't get me in for weeks. Ordered the part I needed and got me in and out as quickly as possible and when they didn right away where other places couldn't get me in for weeks. All around bad experience. Had a scheduled appointment at 8 in the morning and didn’t get my car till 4 the next day. The appointment was made 10 days prior as well. The service center had their doors open right on time, I only had to wait in my vehicle for a few minutes before work began on my car. I stopped by there for an oil change , they told me due to COVID they only take appointments. They said I could wait there or come back that it might be 3 hours befor they got to it. I only waited 20 m to COVID they only take appointments. They said I could wait there or come back that it might be 3 hours befor they got to it. I only waited 20 minutes and they had it on. The check engine light came on as I was driving. I stopped at the service department, Sue run a diagnostic test and was able to work my car into the schedule.
