Scheduled and appointment on Tuesday last week for work on ram diesel for Saturday. Was told someone would call but never got call and when I showed up they could not work on car because no diesel mechani on ram diesel for Saturday. I tried calling service managers and GM of yark and they did not respond at all. If you want good customer service the advisor is good but management needs work. I will not be going back or recommending yark to anyone. More

My issue was not resolved on a brand new Jeep! They basically wiped their hands of the situation to make my car right. I was told to take it to Belle tire by Yark. Belle told me to take it to Charlie’s Dodge and maybe they would help me since Tark won’t!!! Not acceptable!!!! More

I had a seatbelt problem and theyntold me to come in right away where other places couldn't get me in for weeks. Ordered the part I needed and got me in and out as quickly as possible and when they didn right away where other places couldn't get me in for weeks. All around bad experience. Had a scheduled appointment at 8 in the morning and didn’t get my car till 4 the next day. The appointment was made 10 days prior as well.
