Honestly I doubt I'll come back. I had to get a new key fob made bc my husband lost one of ours. Dave (I think) was the guy who initially helped me. Very nice but told me when he had Kt order the key and w fob made bc my husband lost one of ours. Dave (I think) was the guy who initially helped me. Very nice but told me when he had Kt order the key and when it came in he'd call me and said it would take 30 mins to program. When he called to tell me it was in I reiterated that it would take 30 mins to do and that I didn't need an appt and he said that was correct. When I showed up to get the key fob the guy in parts didn't know what he was doing-Dave wasn't there. He finally asked the guy in service and he said they were running 45 mins behind. I had to make appt (which they said I initially didn't need) and come back. When I did come back it took 1.5 hours to complete. Unacceptable More

The worst service. It has actually been a terrible experience, I have never dealt with such poor service from a dealership before. Absolutely nothing was done completely. 1)The breaks were supposedly experience, I have never dealt with such poor service from a dealership before. Absolutely nothing was done completely. 1)The breaks were supposedly new, done before I purchased the car, the front rotors had to be replaced 4 days after I drove it off the lot, which weren't even done on the back and will have to be replaced again within the next month. 2) windshield had a crack that was supposedly filled before I purchased the car - this was either not done/not done correctly as it was spidering out from the chip a day later. 3) there was condensation in the light bar and third break light wasn't even working - the third break light has been replaced but the light bar I was told would not be even though I purchased warranties 4) it wasn't even cleaned, there were stains on the ceiling that have sort of been cleaned, but it is obvious that only the front driver side and front passenger side have been cleaned. I have spent more time in a loaner vehicle than I have in the car that I purchased a month ago. It has really been a catastrophe all around. More
I was disappointed because I dropped the car off at 9:30 and left2:30 because of the service done the car had to be taken off the premises..No shuttle service so I sat in the waiting area for hours .No vend and left2:30 because of the service done the car had to be taken off the premises..No shuttle service so I sat in the waiting area for hours .No vending machine and watching Fox News .The only reason I gave 5 stars is because the staff that took care of me was extremely professional polite and apologetic.The female that signed me in and the male that drove me over to the detail shop made up for the service .
