It is never our intention to make any of our customers feel less than satisfied when working with our dealership. When you arrived at our service department you stated you had 30 minutes, but because of another appointment you were advised that the 30 minute window may not be enough time, due to any unforeseen issues. The repair was completed in about 40 minutes and your vehicle was washed. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future and gain your trust back in our company.
