Used Car Buy I am slightly disappointed with the dealership as a whole. I bought a used car from the Yark in Whitehouse OH. While I was buying it I also got insura I am slightly disappointed with the dealership as a whole. I bought a used car from the Yark in Whitehouse OH. While I was buying it I also got insurance on the vehicle. We specifically asked the finance representative if something was working but not working “right” if they would fix it if we had insurance. They guy said we don’t technically have to but we “like to keep our customers happy” so we would. 5 days after I bought my car I went to pull my visor down and huge clicking noises occurred. I called and asked if they would fix it and my sales rep said he would look at it and he did but couldn’t fix it because he’s not a mechanic. It still clicks and makes a huge clicking noise but because it “technically” still works they won’t fix it. I thought that a company so focused on customer satisfaction would fix this noise seeing how I didn’t even have the car for a week. They did not and also didn’t stick by their word or going above and beyond to make their customers happy. Blaine my sales rep went above and beyond and tried and I am really appreciative of that. Yark itself not so much. More

I was already reapproved for a car loan at my credit union for 3.99% interest rate. But finance dept. found me 3.69% rate. Awesome dealership. Great teamwork to all. Friendly and honest dealership. Compared to other Chevrolet dealership I've dealt with in the past week. So thank you all. Very happy customers. More

Kevin will Scam you. Drove 45 minutes with my 11 month old son to purchase a 2015 Equinox. Listed price $14884. We agreed on a price $14300. Got into finance office and Ke Drove 45 minutes with my 11 month old son to purchase a 2015 Equinox. Listed price $14884. We agreed on a price $14300. Got into finance office and Kevin lied about our financing saying we needed a cosigner and they would give us a Special Deal but they had to add on warrenties ect. This was all a lie because i already had a preapproval from chrysler capital. I went along with what the finance manager said and the total cost for the equinox ended uo being $24267.91. The sale proce we agreed upon was $14500. The sale price he listed on the warrenties was $14632.52 but the price he listed on the purchase ageeement was $15067.52. I called and told him i wanted to cancel all the warrenties and he gave me the run around and a bunch of BS. I called the Ethos Group the provider of the warranties and they told me he is feeding me garbage and added nearly $6000 to my debt. Worst car buying ever totally dishonest. More

Pleasant experience After spending the past couple of months browsing the internet window shopping for cars, I came across a couple of options that fit my criteria. The Malibu was one of them and Blaine was the first to reach out to me. He was VERY straight forward and NO BS about my particular situation. He took the time to do some leg work prior to my arrival, which made my exoerience that much more pleasant. He looked at all options that would work within my budget. He is a prime example of what a salesman should be. He is very personable and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go see Blaine at Yark!!! More
