Eric Nijakowski was super to deal with!! He was friendly, professional, laid back, kind, caring and attentive. I made an appointment for a recall repair. Dropped off the car. 4 hours later they called and said they don’t have the parts. Really?!! xxx! Who does that? It took multiple phone calls to get an appointment with Jess. She wasn’t around when I arrived. Brandon was extremely helpful both when I dropped off my truck and when I came back to pick it up.
