I made an appointment for a recall repair. Dropped off the car. 4 hours later they called and said they don’t have the parts. Really?!! xxx! Who does that? Had brakes installed at previous oil change. Have squeezed since. Tech confirmed they are squeezing yesterday during oil change but the tech that did the initial work was not available so I have to r squeezed since.
