Went in for a oil change and now I have a new fusion I had Travis as a sales person, he went over the car with me showed me all the bells and whistles. Really walked me through the car. They are friendly, NOT PUSHY ! They are a Family in there! They really go above and beyond for there customers! Travis and Bob worked miracle deal and got my wife out of her 2010 Fusion which She was over ended in a car that wasn't worth anything! They gave us a miracle deal! And we will never forget how they take care of us and we will always go back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I would give them 10 stars! More

He went to get a finance guy. First this finance guy ignored us and kept "talking to his cousin or nephew" John said. After a while he came, he did not even tell me his name[UNPROFFESSIONAL]. What I saw; he is tall, big and threatening. He is elegant and rude he did not listen, instead he asked if I had the title of the can I was driving and if I was ready to take the car today. Lets look the math first I said. He rudely responded" your math wont work. ........................ On my way out .... he was cursing under his breathe. More

They came out and told me I needed brakes and tires which would be close to a 1000 dollars if I got the good all season tires. I said I don't need ones that are great in the snow because I have snow tires. He looked at me and said wow your smarter then I thought. Yes and I won't be getting any work done there. I did my brakes for 50 not 350 like he quoted me and I did tires for 230 not 700 like I was quoted More

Not the whole truth We bought our Mustang convertible June of 2016. Told the car had been in an accident, ONE accident with minor front right bumper damage and no airbag We bought our Mustang convertible June of 2016. Told the car had been in an accident, ONE accident with minor front right bumper damage and no airbag deployment. No CARFAX offered or given to us. WELL....come to find out today when we tried to trade it for another vehicle that the info Yankee Ford gave us wasn't the "truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth". The CARFAX given to us before anything else said 2 accidents and one had airbag deployment. Well, weren't we surprised and pretty angry as it will knock about $4000 to $5000 off our trade in value making buying another car and trading this not possible now. Yankee Ford have known about the 2 accidents and should have offered the CARFAX. Of course we could have looked ourselves but figured they would tell us the truth...full disclosure etc. as a reputable company we thought it was. Sad but true. SO moral of the story....get a CARFAX! More

While having an oil change at our neighborhood mechanics they notices that our front Struts had burst and there was oil leaking. I called Yankee Ford Service Dept and told them my problem and they told me to bring the car in. My Mechanic had suggested that the repair may be under warranty and I mentioned this when I made the appointment. We went at the appointed time and was told the parts that were needed were in stock and at that point they gave us a ride home to wait until it was fixed. About an hour later they called and sent someone to pick us up and take us back to get our car. It was a great day, coverage was warranted and it cost us nothing. I was very glad of that. We are seniors and do not have a lot of extra cash. On top of that, the people who worked there were so nice to us. I thought the whole experience could not have gone better. More

They pretty much told me flat out couldn't afford it when the payment just wasn't where I wanted it. Wasn't willing to work numbers at all. I felt very uncomfortable sitting down in front of the gentleman. They try to give you the lowest dollar on trade and the highest dollar on the value of their vehicle. I hear the service side is good. But the sales side is a complete xxxx. whole. Don't make the mistake Stay away from Yankee ford. More
