I did ask, they ignored. not really a professional environment, but despite the cluster they are successful in spite of themselves do sell vehicles. usual pressure but did let me leave,, lol, long story short, not at all happy about the delivery of my new truck. prepping I guess is removing the plastic from the seats, and putting the floor mats down. No wash, no wiping down the interior, tape from stickers still all over the inside, barcodes still on rear view mirrors, did not review all the options on the truck. very poor job of prep. good thing I loved the truck anyway. no service as of yet, ill wait to test those waters once they finish construction. the guy Dutch who does the final work/financing was great, compared to the ones I worked with More

I saw it, drove the hour and a half to the dealer, took it for a 20 mile test drive, came back, and signed the papers. Shawn was stellar, the car was exceptional (it had a few scratches and dents but for 2K under book it was amazing), the price was unbeatable, and the honesty of the staff made the buy worth every cent. All I know is that when my Fiat finally gives up the go, Ill be back to Yankee Ford for round 2. More

Having just relocated to Portland she brought the car in for a recall notice and oil change. Car was delivered 5 days later than quoted, in addition they did not bleed the cooling system so it had to be brought back due to a service light and poor performance. But the reason I'm writing this negative review is the oil change. Their work order clearly shows Full Syn oil however they used a blend in addition they overfill the oil putting in 5 qts instead of the 4.3 qts (all documented on their service report); when my daughter brought the car in for this they went out and pulled the dip stick and showed her it was to the proper fill level; HOWEVER when I pulled the dip stick later it was clearly was overfilled. (ie: they fudged the level before they showed her) They under performed and went out of their way not to be fair to her. Any positive reviews below must be all fake! More

Price was good, delivery on an ordered vehicle was fast. Handling of the transaction was a bit shaky with an issue of an cash bonus incentive the sales person thought had been applied, but had not been applied. After some discussion and review by Yankee Ford, the error was identified and the incentive was paid in full. There is always going to be the occasional "bump in the road", but how a problem is resolved means everything. They did a good job. My wife and I like the car. We took a road trip two days after it was purchased and couldn't be happier. We bought a good car at a good price and a good dealer for service. More

Let me start by saying that their staff was SUPER helpful and very kind. They answered every question and they were able to help me find the car that would work best for me. I went in with my mind set on one thing but was able to find an even better option with their help. They worked with my budget, which wasn’t easy, and put me in an awesome new car that day! Being that it was Memorial Day when we went, we had to wait on the banks before I could do paperwork. NO problem! I was able to drive the car home for the night (it was great!!!!) and when I went back in to do paperwork the next day, it took LESS than a half an hour. It took me less time for this process than with my last car at a different dealership. The crew at Yankee Ford is fantastic, if you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking them out!
