Got an F150 a few years back FROM THEM and two years later during their inspection told me the frame was rotted through ! Then today went to get my newer F150 inspected but went thrught some water the c later during their inspection told me the frame was rotted through ! Then today went to get my newer F150 inspected but went thrught some water the check engine light came on so I asked them to check it out rather do an inspection and was told it would cost $150. and would take 1.5hrs. Went to Auto Zone did it for free ! Avoid this dealer at all cost !!! More

From start to finish every one at yankee ford was amazing! They greeted me at the door. Went above and beyond to help get me exactly what I needed. And got my in a new car that car. Every one was super friendly. Robie was incredible. Making sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase and that it was what I wanted and needed for my family. The manager was awesome super friendly as well. And at signing the gentleman then was great. Super nice, went above and beyond with kindness. I was referred to Robie by a friend and I will be referring him going forward. The customer service was amazing from every single person who I interacted with. More

I can not say enough about our experience at Yankee Ford. From the time we arrived we were treated with the utmost respect. Austin DeBoe showed us exactly what we wanted and in no time at all we were sitting From the time we arrived we were treated with the utmost respect. Next thing we knew we were on our way home in a brand new vehicle feeling like we were on top of the world! We were so happy we went back the next day and my wife got a new car too!! More
The car we were buying needed to be cleaned, so they gave us a car to take home. This vehicle was dirty inside but they promised they could deliver the vehicle we purchased the next morning because I had a b us a car to take home. This vehicle was dirty inside but they promised they could deliver the vehicle we purchased the next morning because I had a busy day at work. The vehicle we purchased was outback being cleaned. Before we left, Robbie promised us that the car would be cleaned to his standards and he wouldn’t let it leave the lot until he had looked it over. The next morning I had to contact Robbie close to 11 to follow up because no one reached out to us to let us know when they were going to deliver the car. I texted him, and he replied, saying he was sending Bradley over shortly. He sent me a few pictures of the car and I said oh it looks really good. He said yeah it’s not perfect but it looks pretty good. Bradley drove over and was very nice and polite. He was a pleasure to work with. But when I opened up the car, it was still dirty inside, not cleaned to the specifications that I was expecting. After Bradley left, I had to re-clean the dashboard & seats and re-vacuum the car because it was still dirty. As soon as I got into the vehicle, I realized the gas tank was on empty. My husband opened the hood of the vehicle and found leaves and debris and we also found debris in the doors. We were also missing the master code to the door so we could reset the locks. My husband reached out to Robbie immediately to let him know that we were not satisfied about the condition of the vehicle when it was delivered to our house and that we were missing that door code. Robbie promised him that he would get back in touch with him the next day, and he never replied. Someone sent us the door code and it didn’t work. He seems like an upfront guy, so we were very disappointed with the experience of working with him. He presented himself one way, and then we had a dirty car on empty delivered with a missing code, and after a week, still no return response from Robbie after he promised he would get back to us. The vehicle is great. The service was good while we were at the actual dealership, but once we left the premises, we did not yet what we were promised, we did not get a return, phone, call or email, and we were really dissatisfied with how the vehicle was delivered and how we were treated. Disappointing. More
