Jeff, We're sorry you weren't happy with your experience. We try to make sure our customers are aware of any issues with the vehicle they are looking at. We sell pre-owned vehicles and realize they can't be perfect so we make sure we post clear pictures of them online. We also make sure our customers understand when they put a deposit down what the conditions are that go along with the deposit. The deposit is transferable to other vehicles on our lot and I'm sure we have similar vehicles available that we would be glad to work with you on. Please let us know if we can assist you further. Unfortunately, I was not informed of the "conditions" of the vehicle as they were. I was misinformed. I have the screenshots from your sales representative, who shares my sentiment. Frankly, I do NOT wish to do business with a company that has zero empathy for the customer. *Edit - Your response is pretty much "sorry we made a mistake," we try not to, but it happens, good luck to you. No remedy to be had here. If you're in the wrong, remedy the issue. I would not have been as aggrevated if you had elected to refund a deposit I left for something your advertisement misinformed me about.
