Went to purchase a car, was told several times someone would call me back which they did not over the 3 days. I was then told they would send me a link to fill out the credit application, not even asking would call me back which they did not over the 3 days. I was then told they would send me a link to fill out the credit application, not even asking how I would pay for the car. Which I was going to pay for in cash. Very poor customer experience, Lack of communication, phones were shut down for all of Monday for training. Obviously your training program isn't a very good one. Bottom line is I spent more and bought a better car than what I was going to purchase for less money and was treated with respect and courtesy. Not left out in the dark on a car I was going to pay cash for. More

I could not have had a better experience with purchasing a vehicle. I was able to test drive and thoroughly look over a couple of vehicles I was interested in purchasing. When I finally made a decision on t a vehicle. I was able to test drive and thoroughly look over a couple of vehicles I was interested in purchasing. When I finally made a decision on the vehicle I wanted, even with some very minor things I found Firas and his coworkers worked with me on fixing the issues. This was a great experience and definitely they follow their logo of No Hassle code. I will be going to this dealership in another few months for a newer vehicle. Great service, nice people, definitely easy process. I recommend them and their prices are beyond fair. More
