Dawn was so nice, although she wasn’t able to help me find a vehicle in my price range she directed me to to the value lot where Danielle was able to get me a good deal at just the right price. Hey, it’s me again, the girl yalcars sold the overly expensive 3500 Honda Civic hybrid & the IMA & check engine light came on not that far from the lot … 2k later .. then I got that fixed, new codes pop expensive 3500 Honda Civic hybrid & the IMA & check engine light came on not that far from the lot … 2k later .. then I got that fixed, new codes popped right up, catalytic converter , also a 2k fix . So my mechanic actually had the time a couple days ago (because he’s busy he actually fixes cars) && guess what news I got ?!? The whole underneath is ROTTED. Hey Danielle, remember when my sister asked you to lower the price because she seen the rust on the body of the car? && you said ‘it’s an 07, rust is totally normal’. Fair enough. But you KNEW that car was rotted & you knew you should’ve never sold it to me. I HAVE MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN THAT CAR. Y’all could’ve killed us … I paid 7k for a car that could at any minute kill my baby & I. I’m a single mom, always paying bills & rent by myself. No child support, just me : I’m Managing going to school to be an RN & working in healthcare for 6 years. I’ve been through the xxxxing most & this was honestly the last thing I needed. Now what am I supposed to do? Can’t sell the vehicle, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself seeing the buyers smile, knowing they will possibly get killed if they drove the car. So I guess if you guys don’t resolve this I’m going to part out the car & take yalcars to small claims court. I will even show in person to fix this. This isn’t right at all & it’s sick you guys just want to make a sale, doesn’t matter who gets hurt. Long as y’all get $. I can’t imagine how sad your lives are. How unhappy you all are. I honestly just want to know how y’all can do this to someone who did no wrong to you. Do yalcars understand you could’ve killed a 3 year old innocent baby & her mom. Our deaths would be on your hands…. All for a check. Yalcars would trade 2 lives for only 3k. Sick. More
Very professional, whole process was smooth. Engine bay and interior is extremely clean. No mechanical issues what so ever. They took my money for the payment over a week ago. Still no car and refused a refund. It's been a week since they last informed me of any updates and I was told the financial manager was on vacation and nob no car and refused a refund. I've notified the better business bureau and spreading my review as I get a lawyer. They were disrespectful and the salesman used my gfs cosigner paperwork to text her outside of the sale while ignoring me. Next steps are lawyer and local news More
