Every step was easy, professional and friendly from the initial contact, questions asked and answered, the professional, honest zoom walk around and through the car, the patience and speed of response to questions regarding the contract and transfer of funds, and help sorting out questions regarding the title transfer and delivery. The delivery was two days earlier than expected and also very professional. When it was time to wire the money, even having not driven the car, I was confident and at peace with my decision. AND I am extremely happy with my 2013 Lexus GS 350 AWD. There were no bad (only good) surprises. I highly recommend this company, in general, and Yigit, in particular. More

Very nice to deal with, honest, no pressure, and excellent friendly service. Holy recommend shopping here if you are in the market. Edit: When we got home, there was thick white clouds emitting from the exhaust. They charged us $190/hour to fix it. They did provide a 15% discount, and did not charge me to diagnose the problem, but I am convinced the problem (a cracked turbo) was present when I bought the car. Russ was dismissive and rude when I asked about finding a fair solution. Then they told me the part was in, so I drove my car an hour there and dropped it off, bit the part wasn't there, and didn't arrive until late in the day. I had to leave it there over the weekend and finally got it back, and it is still emotting white smoke from the exhaust after spending an extra $1,000 to fix this car. They also spelled my name wrong on the title, and had the wrong address on the title. I complained to the owner and he gave me an extra $150 off, which is less than an hour of labor. I no longer recommend this place at all. An easy no pressure purchase turned into an expensive headache and the customer service was atrocious. More
