Yalcars gave me a deal on a good car. I found it online, contacted the dealership and we made an appointment same day for me to look at it. Very quick and easy process. Carol was very I found it online, contacted the dealership and we made an appointment same day for me to look at it. Very quick and easy process. Carol was very professional and very friendly. She didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want as well as she didn't beat around the bush. She was upfront and honest, and when I had questions about stuff she was quick to help me figure it out and/or give me an answer. I pushed off doing this interview because I thought I may have issues with the vehicle as well as I wanted time in it to give a fair and honest review. I took it to a dealership and everything was golden. To explain, I did some work on it and noticed some things but the dealership said everything was in good working order. It is a great car and I've had no issues since and I'm very happy with the car I got from Yalcars! Sorry Carol and everyone at the dealership that this took so long. I told you I'd give you a review and here we are! If you're looking for a trustworthy dealership that isn't gonna sell you lemons or be shady, Yalcars in Austintown is the place to go! Definitely recommending anyone I know to shop there. More

Sooooo bad! !!! This place cannot be trusted!!!! The vehicle I purchased started falling apart the minute I brought it home!!!! All kind of lights came on when I !!! This place cannot be trusted!!!! The vehicle I purchased started falling apart the minute I brought it home!!!! All kind of lights came on when I got it home… I was so mad I wrote a bad review on the same site but they contacted me and asked me to take the site down and told me that they replaced exhaust system and two Cadillac converters which I had to pay half for and the truck still didn’t run good so I took it to the Honda shop to check the vehicle rotors had to be replaced, stabilizer bar control link remove and replace both tech found control arms front sway bar front link bushels torn all around shakes violently due to this , replace air intake hose (two large wholes) bad controller arms remove and replace and because of that an alignment, all kind of lights popped up and also I was told underneath won’t past next inspection for God sake the trunk door handle came off after my third time opening it. I realize I bought the truck as is but I paid over $7,000 for a $1,000 vehicle!!! I’m a family of four both children play sports also my husband and I planned on summer trips with our children all of which I descussed with the salesman and all of which is now ruined because of bad business and no good people! Do Not I Repeat Do Not do business with them!!! More

No haggle pricing and great to work with. Not only did they fix the wheel bearing they replaced both rear wheel bearings prior to me taking delivery of my BMW. Absolutely would recommend Yalcars to anyone! Love my BMW and extremely happy with the deal and working with great people! More

I bought my vehicle and less than 10 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Turns out it was the O2 sensor. No bid deal. Less than a week later there was antifreeze leaking under the supercharg the check engine light came on. Turns out it was the O2 sensor. No bid deal. Less than a week later there was antifreeze leaking under the supercharger. $1647 later that problem was fixed. 2 days later I’m going to South Carolina. I break down at a stoplight off I-95. The alternator went out and killed the car. After sitting in the scorching heat for 3 1/2 hours waiting for a tow, we finally go on our way. 2 days later, I get an alert that the brake pads are worn. Do these people do anything to look over vehicles before they put them on their lots? It seems to me that they don’t. Do not buy anything from these crooks! They offer extended warranties for $3k up front and not added on to your finance. I’ll never fall for this xxxx again. I will never buy from them again! More
