Initially I wasn't sure about this dealership cuz I had never heard of it. Once I met some of their employees and we got to talking about my credit issues and about the vehicle I was interested in, these g never heard of it. Once I met some of their employees and we got to talking about my credit issues and about the vehicle I was interested in, these guys say hey give us a chance we can help. The service was great, very professional. Very fun to work with. These guys wanted my business and they work to get my business. Would I recommend anyone else to shop there? Yes yes I would. These guys are great. We need more dealerships like these guys instead of these bigger dealerships who do nothing. But can you and b******* you about buying a vehicle and a high high interest rate high monthly rate and will stick you for 72 months for a vehicle that is that it is not worth it. So all I have to say go to Youngstown look those guys up great vehicles. Great people and Linda the receptionist. She was great too. Very pretty girl. I'm happy with the vehicle I chose for the price and also the monthly payment. Even though I took my vehicle out for 40 months, I'm going to pay it off within 2 years or less. I'm working to reestablish my credit and those guys have showed me the way. Thank you! Have a great day guys. God loves you. Anyone who's looking for a vehicle they need to look there first. The prices are not inflated over pressure. Sure it may be higher than the vehicle is actually worth their business. They have to make money but they're not overflated where they financially kill your pockets. I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. Do not buy a car from this place. They are the epitome of what a used car sales place is!! I purchased a vehicle from them from out of state and it broke down after driving it for 2 m They are the epitome of what a used car sales place is!! I purchased a vehicle from them from out of state and it broke down after driving it for 2 miles. Right after I purchased the vehicle it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. my vehicle is still in the shop and my car payment is due next week on a vehicle I have yet to drive more than 5 miles. They stuck me a gigantic interest rate so they could get a kickback from my loan every month. I called to see if they were going to do anything about the vehicle braking down and they told me no, use the extended warranty i purchased. Only right part of this purchase was getting the extended warranty. Thanks for that Justin…lol. Oh yeah, they didn’t apply my 500 deposit I had put down to my purchase and they put my out of state sales tax into my loan. I had to call them to get all this money back. Please beware and go purchase somewhere else More

My wife and I almost bought a car from Yalcars and had it shipped to us. THANKFULLY we decided to drive there to see it for ourselves and drive it first. We were told it was in excellent condition (it had an shipped to us. THANKFULLY we decided to drive there to see it for ourselves and drive it first. We were told it was in excellent condition (it had an excellent condition price) and even shown a video of it, however, when we got there we found that the video conveniently failed to show several very concerning issues such as a large hole rusted in the frame (which was being covered by an adhesive strip) and the air intake was being held together by duct tape(!). It was also making noises in the front drivers wheel and the tires that we were told “still had the nubs” on them weren’t more than 50%. The sales manager was very arrogant and became very hostile when we questioned these issues to which he said there “isn’t even a trouble light” which I am positive was deleted. My biggest regret is that we didn’t look this place up on BBB first and save us the hassle as all the negative comments completely summed up our experience. This dealership truly fits the stereotypical slime ball dealership and saddens me it is able to continue to take advantage of people and stay in business. More
