They misrepresented the vehicle I purchased. I was an out of state buyer and did a video call with Russell Hardenburgh to get a better look at the car. I asked Russ if there was any damage to th I was an out of state buyer and did a video call with Russell Hardenburgh to get a better look at the car. I asked Russ if there was any damage to the vehicle and he mentioned a pebble mark on the driver's door but the rest of the car was clean. The CARFAX showed no accidents and a single owner. I bought the car and it arrived with a cracked rear quarter panel on the passenger side and damage to the rear bumper as if it had been in an accident. The front wheel liner was missing on the passenger side and the front bumper impact bar skid plate (a thick metal piece) had been sheared off on one side. Any sort of inspection or walk around the car would easily note this damage, yet he said the only visual damage he could see was a single pebble mark. I spoke to him about the poor condition of the vehicle and was basically told it was my fault for trusting him. I am filing a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and BBB. I would recommend any one else in a similar situation (there appears to be quite a few!) to do the same. More
