These guys right here are a great bunch of guys, very courteous and understanding, even tho it took over a month to get my recall parts ordered ( wasn't their fault I'm sure ) but it was covered by warra courteous and understanding, even tho it took over a month to get my recall parts ordered ( wasn't their fault I'm sure ) but it was covered by warranty so no charge to me. I did tell them after I dropped it off my check engine light was on but not to worry about it. In just a couple hours my car was ready and the shuttle driver ( also great guy ) the right away and picked me up. On my way home I noticed that the check engine light was out. I'm assuming that what ever the problem was they went ahead and fixed it and cleared the computer for me. Again at no charge. Idk what they did or what they fixed but it must have been a easy fix and took care of it for me. I was very surprised they did that. Most dealerships wouldn't do that, they're all about money, money and xxxx people like myself, ( senior on fixed income , I surely can't afford those rates ) but long story short. They went far beyond customer service and did this old man a favor, ( bless those guys ) I also have a sensor issue that's needs to be looked at and I'll take it back to these guys for sure. They know they're stuff for sure. I'll trust them far more than anyone else and I'm very picky to who works on my Charger. So Thank you Yakima Valley Dodge. You guys are the best. More
