Mopar is derelict in their duty to oroduce replacement engine generator parts to their dealership service departments. It could constitute a legal “taking of property” for owners who are unable to use the engine generator parts to their dealership service departments. The people are nice but short handed. I spent 5 hours just replacing a windshield washer reservoir, & a safety recall on the Jeep Cherokee liftgate module. Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them! More
