Had to take our Durango to Dodge only for an AC unit repair. They ordered the necessary parts and told us it'd be about a week. Over a week later we hadn't heard from them so I followed up. I was told t repair. They ordered the necessary parts and told us it'd be about a week. Over a week later we hadn't heard from them so I followed up. I was told the parts were on backorder and they'd let us know when they'd arrive. About 30 minutes later they called back to let me know the parts just arrived and the service could be scheduled another week out. Definitely not the worst service, but we've been much happier taking our vehicles elsewhere for oil changes and general services since Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram increased their pricing substantially a few years ago.
