I made an appointment in advance to bring my Nissan in for A.C. service usually takes 45 min. to 1 hour. Although I booked an appointment in advance, they told me it would take 2 hours (just to add freon) for A.C. service usually takes 45 min. to 1 hour. Because I was already there I chose to wait, and periodically looked through the bay window, only to see my car sit untouched. None the less, after waiting 2 ½ hours, I asked for an update, and was told it would be at least 1 more hour or so before my car would be completed. I asked why, but was given no explanation or reason. I understand delays happen. But when a business I'm choosing to give my time and hard-earned money to, doubles and triples the time it takes to do such a simple task (without explanation - during this awful economy - and when there are other providers available), I've got no choice but to move on. I'm not angry, just disappointed. So as a customer it's time to choose another provider who will either save me time, save me money, or at least value and respect my patronage. Thank you for the service, and I wish you well as a company. But I cannot return. Good luck. More
