I bought tires a couple years ago and the salesman said he ordered them but then when it was time to go and have them put on. He was no longer there. So my money was lost and they kept $601 plus tax. Never got my money back and the owner never called me after my constant trying to reach out. I went back for oil changes and Jason was the best with everything. I just never got my new tires that I paid for years ago. More

Had to return my car after the last two oil changes. 1st forgot to rotate the tires. The app informed tires haven’t been rotated. 2. Forgot to reset the oil change notification. Then immediately the A/F ratio (b2). Actually not even sure the oil was changed. Nissan App didn’t update. Just awesome something was wrong with the app. More
Jason and Albert are really nice, professional and the face of the organization. Further I don’t think those that are providing service for your vehicle are effective at all. Had to return the care twice after an oil change. 28k miles then the engine light comes on immediately simultaneously with the change oil and filter only maybe 700 or few more miles after an oil change. The A/F ratio $966 sounds like something is a bit fishy!! More
