Before visiting Xtreme Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I highly recommend taking screenshots of their advertised prices. We were interested in two trucks listed at really good prices on their website. We wrote these prices down (along with printouts of the window stickers) and went to see the vehicles in person. Upon discussing financing, the salesperson quoted us dealership prices approximately $10,000 higher than those listed online for both trucks (not counting taxes, fees, etc.). When we checked the website again right there at the dealership, all dealership vehicle prices had increased by about $10,000 within just an hour. Despite our written notes, the salesperson insisted we had made a mistake. The interaction escalated to the manager who claimed they had no control over website pricing and suggested that the original prices we noted were unrealistically low for Ram trucks. After leaving the dealership, I verified the prices online again and discovered that toggling between payment methods (cash vs. finance) still showed the original lower prices. However, these prices were soon adjusted upwards again about 30 mins after I accessed and screenshotted it. This experience was disheartening and a waste of our time. If you consider dealing with this dealership, be cautious and document everything, as they seem to be lowering prices to lure people into the dealership. They're not real (unless you have screenshots proving it...) More
