I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord from this dealership in 2021. It turned out they didn't have the title and weren't able to get the title within a reasonable amount of time. Luckily they had a very similar 2021. It turned out they didn't have the title and weren't able to get the title within a reasonable amount of time. Luckily they had a very similar Accord which was a 2010 with more miles, but was a little cheaper so we made a deal to switch to that with an adjustment in the price. The car had an air bag issue with the passenger seat they were never able to resolve after multiple attempts so they lowered the price and I had my mechanic fix it. I also had to get a brake job and repair a transmission line after the fact. My fault for not getting the car inspected by my mechanic first, but logistically it wasn't really feasible. The car also needed a catalytic converter, which the dealership DID replace! Now, one and a half years later I have a check engine light sign on my dashboard. I take it to my mechanic (highly regarded in my community) and he tells me the code is the catalytic converter. He tells me he believes they are warrantied for 8 years or 80,000 miles, whichever comes first, and I should contact the dealer about getting it replaced under the warranty. I called the dealer and got nothing but an ugly argument about how they warranty a car for only thirty days regardless of the new part that was installed in it. They tell me it's a "Used Car" as if I should have no expectations. I got nowhere with them. I filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. Bottom line: I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. P.S. While I was in the process of purchasing the first car two men showed up and got into a very heated discussion with the owner/manager about how they purchased a vehicle that they later discovered had some major structural damage and they wanted their money back. The owner took the discussion outside where it got so heated, looking out the window, I thought it would come to blows. My fault for continuing with the transaction, but I badly needed a car at the time and really liked that one. Let this be a cautionary tale. Don't deal with them. More
