After several attempts to get this matter resolved, Xsell Motors stated the vehicle was purchased AS IS and $8500 was my responsibility. I had the vehicle for 3weeks and driven under 700 miles. I also purchased an Extended warranty from Xsell Motors but the extended warranty denied payment due to prior maintenance. BEWARE when purchasing from Xsell Motors. More
BUYER BEWARE !!! We drove 13 hours to pick up a car and this is the email that I sent to our salesperson. Hello, just want to ask a couple of questions. J !!! We drove 13 hours to pick up a car and this is the email that I sent to our salesperson. Hello, just want to ask a couple of questions. Just to confirm, the car was taken to a local dealership to clear up the 3 manufacturer recalls? When will it show up on Carfax that is was done? Also, the bill of sale stated that the vehicle had 56,435 miles on it but when we drove off I noticed it had 1,200 over that. I understand people driving it to test drive but that many miles over was not addressed to me. Next, do you usually sell a car with an empty gas tank? All my car purchases, even used have never done that. I just thought that was really unprofessional. Lastly, I honestly hope that your not selling "lemons" as we just took the car in to have the brakes replaced which was an additional $1,040, the fan to the air conditioner needs replaced and the cover to the sun roof is missing and needs to be replaced. I guess we'll see what else needs to be done! It would've been nice to be informed of all these things. I cannot buy another car from you or recommend you to anyone else do to these concerning issues. I sent this email to Chris Johnson and still no reply from him, this is the type of customer service you will receive. I can now add to this email as I will be turning this business into the better business bureau for fraud for falsifying the mileage. Mr. Johnson still hasn't emailed me back about having the 3 recalls taken care of. As suspected, it was just confirmed by my local Audi dealership that they were in fact not. We drove this back to our home state which was 800 miles with a dangerous and faulty airbag. Thank God we didn't encounter any issues on the way home. The car was also sold with 3 different brands of tires on it as well and being an AWD car, according to Discount Tires is ridiculous. Chris Johnson and this business is the epitome of a dishonest used car sales business where their only concern is making a dollar with no regards to customer safety, quality customer service and ethical standards. If this is the kind of business you want then good luck! More

He stayed late and when he said the paperwork would only take about 10 minutes he was right on the money. Will definitely be back for my next car and sending people there way. Truly a family type dealer with great cars. Check them out! More

They don’t push and give great advice at the end I bought my new car and have been referring everyone I know there. If you want a good deal visit them first they even will find it for you and make it an easy deal. Changed my mind about how I view dealers. Will definitely be back for my next car. Great job Sam and Chris keep up the good work and I will keep spreading the word! More
A complete nightmare Highly not recommended! We bought a Maserati from them after reading all the good reviews about them online and we have encountered 3 major problems w Highly not recommended! We bought a Maserati from them after reading all the good reviews about them online and we have encountered 3 major problems with them afterwards. First, major damage from previous owner not disclosed. 3 days later after we bought the car, the car started to rattle badly. We took to it to the Maserati dealer and it cost us $3,500 to get it fixed. The dealer said there is no way such damage could be done in 3 days and suggested us to go back to Xsell. Second, huge financing problems. our salesman Chris Johnson continued to lie to us to pay off our old car we traded in. After almost 3 weeks of the purchase, our old auto finance company still hasn't received any inquiry from Xsell about the payoffs for the old cars. Chris started his fairy tales each time when we called and asked about it. He told us he mailed the check to our old auto loan company and the mail got lost, while his assistant called us and claimed Xsell was never able to get a payoff amount. So we eneded up paying two car notes in one month for a car that we sold already. This problem still hasn't been resolved at this moment. Last, be careful when you sign the contract or any documents with them. They are unable to provide you even a clean and complete copy of the documents. Each page are half white and was unable to read. We have requested the clean pdf copies after we bought the car since Chris claimed they had some printer issues but he refused to do so.Overall, this has been a nightmare with them and highly recommend people to take the car you want to buy from them to the dealer for a full check-up before you make any payment to Xsell. Beware of owner Sam! BEWARE. I purchased a 2004 Porsche 996 Turbo Cab from them. Sam the owner will not fulfill several agreements he agreed to. I bought the car and it BEWARE. I purchased a 2004 Porsche 996 Turbo Cab from them. Sam the owner will not fulfill several agreements he agreed to. I bought the car and it was not detailed and very dirty as he promised to have it detailed prior to having the vehicle shipped to me. He also said that it will have new floor mats which it didn't. When the car was delivered the key fob was not working. I needed the car to be jumped as well since the battery was dead. I also asked him to include the mounting hardware for a hardtop which he agreed to, but didn't have it installed. This will cost me over $1000 for the parts/detailing/repair. He has not responded to any of my emails nor calls. I have all the emails from him with his agreement to these terms. I suggest you stay away from this shady practice. Sam I hope you know those emails are considered a service agreement which is a separate contractual agreement from the buyers agreement we both signed. You are in breach of the service agreement, which my corporate attorney has informed me. Sam if you want to address this, you know my contact information. If he can't even clean a car, what makes you think these car worth buying? More
