I was so impressed with this dealer, and their professionalism, that I felt at ease within the first 5 minutes of speaking with Phil (the owner). I purchased a Porsche 911 Turbo for my husband, sight unseen. I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle of this caliber without seeing it for myself; however, Phil was amazing and described the vehicle exactly as it was advertised. The pictures that were online did not do this vehicle any justice!! The vehicle was received in excellent condition, and delivered in a closed trailer. My husband absolutely loved his surprise, but I never got the chance to thank the staff over at XL until recently. My husband and I just moved back to Illinois recently, and I decided that now it was my turn to spoil myself! When we first arrived to XL we were greeted with a huge smile by the owner Phil and his General Manager Roman, who were both very kind and seemed eager to help. Once we walked into their indoor showroom my jaw dropped!!! The vehicles were all absolutely beautiful, and my husband was like a kid in a candy store. It was extremely difficult to choose between all of the gorgeous vehicles that they had, but my eyes locked on one. A beautiful BMW B7 Alpina that they literally just received a few days prior. I just knew that it was meant to be, and that this was going to be mine!!!!! It has been a little over 2 weeks and I just had to write about my wonderful experience with XL. I was told that if I had any questions or concerns that I could contact Roman, and he even gave me his personal cell number. These guys really do go above and beyond for their customers, and because of that they will have me as a customer for life!!
