We brought both our kids ages 2 and three with us to do this whole trade in process. Sounds crazy right?! Not only did he pay attention to our kids and help us keep them entertained but did paperwork and talked with us in the play area so the kids were comfortable and comforted the entire time through the process. We were in and out with our new vehicle in just 3 hours. Words can not even begin to express not only the amazing service he provided but the way he genuinely cared and treated us like family every step of the way.
