Terrible experience Called A week or more ahead to say I was coming to look at a vehicle, take in mind it is a 3.5 hour drive from my driveway, got there truck hasn't bee Called A week or more ahead to say I was coming to look at a vehicle, take in mind it is a 3.5 hour drive from my driveway, got there truck hasn't been washed bird poop all over it, seat back was broke just hanging on there, get down to negotiating and the salesman and sales manager were being borderline smart xxxxx, typical car salesman these days, but I end up buying the truck get it home to find a groove in both front rotors (which I had to replace not even 4 days into owning the truck) , I remove both rotors to find new pads that I would assume the dealer installed because they are so new but installed very very wrong and the inspection that the salesman claimed was performed on the vehicle was clearly done by a mediocre amateur who doesn't need to be around cars Very un-happy with my experience will be calling a manager More

After getting a trade in price of $8500, I was pretty upset at how low it was compared to what we paid for it. I understand companies making money but that shows they are only in the business for what they can make from you today. They are not in business to make long term customers. My advice to you is to not buy used from them or trade anything you have in to them. That is highway robbery at its best! More
