My Outback has a good health record and I'm a happy camper. Job well done. More

Great sales team, awful service dept I will never take my car back to be serviced there, ever again. First off they charge over $100 just for an oil change and tire rotation. Which is red I will never take my car back to be serviced there, ever again. First off they charge over $100 just for an oil change and tire rotation. Which is rediculous. I've waited on multiple occasions, over two hours for an oil change, when I had an appointment. The two times I've taken my vehicle in for an oil change, my oil light came on before my car was due to go back in!!! I went to a great Subaru dealership out of state in WA. They only charged $58 for an oil change and tire rotation. They even washed and vacuumed my car for free. I was offered a loaner car right off the bat, so I could run errands or do whatever, if I didn't want to sit in their waiting room. Wyatt Johnson has never offered me a xxxx thing! I now take my car to the Ford dealer, where we bought our second vehicle. They charge $40 for an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. They are over the top nice, fair prices, and get me in and out in less than an hour. More
