Twice I’ve taken my car in for a recall. The first time they had my vehicle for 4.5 hours. Yesterday I had a 7:30 appointment. I called 3 times for updates. The 1st time they were unable to local anyone so a msg was sent, 4hours later I called again and once again they were unable to locate her, So a second msg was sent to her and the managers, 3 hours later I called to find they had closed for the day and would need to call back in the morning. This dealerships service is so subpar I would give negative stars if possible. So buyer beware, Find a different dealership, After the sale they really could care less about you and your needs. More
Failed to rotate tires when they said they were for service. Disappointing to discover! Service assistant assured me and said he talked with Tech who said he rotated tires. 1 tire was marked because of service. Disappointing to discover! Service department is inconsistent in what they tell you. Three different people told me three different things, which makes you question the honesty of their work. I had a horrible experience with the service department today. I dropped off my car last night for A 7 a.m. appointment. When I tried calling to see if the car was ready my first call got disconnected the today. I dropped off my car last night for A 7 a.m. appointment. When I tried calling to see if the car was ready my first call got disconnected the second time I was told I would get a call back shortly. I'm still waiting on that call to come. I got dropped off at the service department in time to head to work. My car wasn't ready, I was told that their were no keys in the drop box this morning 2 people had checked it. Nothing like being called a liar. Marvin and I went out and checked the box and their was my key. No apology from Marvin about the mistake. No GM to talk to he was in meetings all day, that was understandable. Went to Derek Martin, who sold me the car and told him what was happening with the car, he helped calm me down and I got an apology for the service department from him. The service department needs a major overhaul and education on how to treat customers with respect and empathy. Written by Tina a very disgruntled customer. More

From my arrival and greeting from the customer service lad who was extremel knowledgeable to the amazing technician who discovered my Subaru 2006 Baja problem in less than an hour was totally impressive. My Outback has a good health record and I'm a happy camper. Job well done. More
Great sales team, awful service dept I will never take my car back to be serviced there, ever again. First off they charge over $100 just for an oil change and tire rotation. I've waited on multiple occasions, over two hours for an oil change, when I had an appointment. The two times I've taken my vehicle in for an oil change, my oil light came on before my car was due to go back in!!! I went to a great Subaru dealership out of state in WA. They only charged $58 for an oil change and tire rotation. They even washed and vacuumed my car for free. I was offered a loaner car right off the bat, so I could run errands or do whatever, if I didn't want to sit in their waiting room. Wyatt Johnson has never offered me a xxxx thing! I now take my car to the Ford dealer, where we bought our second vehicle. They charge $40 for an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. They are over the top nice, fair prices, and get me in and out in less than an hour. More
