This is kind of mixed review, The sale experience was great! They had the car I was interested in pulled up front when I got to there for a test drive. The negotiations and finance paperwork was quick a great! They had the car I was interested in pulled up front when I got to there for a test drive. The negotiations and finance paperwork was quick and painless. They even filled the tank! The post-sale experience has been absolutely awful!!! Shortly after buying the car, I discovered flaws in the paint that became apparent when the car was out in the bright sunlight. I took the car in and was initially told there was nothing they could do. After speaking with a sales manager, he agreed that it should be repaired by KIA. It's now been over 3 weeks and I still don't know what's going on despite multiple phone calls and visits to the dealership. Promised return phone calls don't happen! And every person I've spoken to seems to have a different story. I also referred my father to the dealership. As part of the deal, I was supposed to get a cargo net for my car as a referral bonus, it was even written up as a "we-owe" in my dad's deal. When I went back to the dealership to collect it, the salesman said, it was not ordered, and he would get it tomorrow and call me. You guessed it...still no call! More
