Bait and switch in SERVICE Dept. Went to them for a 45000 service which I was told included several services. What a lie. Sorry, I went from a reasonably priced “package” to about $700 worth of add-ons and endless/needless upwelling. Oh, and that was after I sat in their line for 10 min with no contact or welcome, AND stood in the hot service bay as the “advisors” stood in their AC’d cubes for another’s 10 min before being asked into an advisors cube. Least hospitable, worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, never mind the falsehoods about their “packages.” Oh, and Valvoline Oil Change down the street got the $350 or so I planned to give Wyatt Johnson. Advantage of 70 yr old dementia vet Wyatt Johnson didn’t want to post my comment on their page so I will post it here and let all my friends share it: Yesterday my 70 year old father wh Wyatt Johnson didn’t want to post my comment on their page so I will post it here and let all my friends share it: Yesterday my 70 year old father who has been diagnosed with dementia took a cab to this dealership in Clarksville to buy a car. When my brother found out where he was he called the dealership and explained that my father has dementia and told the salesman DO NOT SELL HIM A CAR! The sales manager proceeded to tell my brother that unless he could provide documentation from a doctor he could sell him anything he wants. The dealership didn’t get ONE phone call but THREE! Not only did they sell him a car but the salesman and sales manager took my father to the bank to withdraw the money for the down payment. So yes they sold him a car, but not just any car...a $30,000 convertible. Within hours of selling him the car, he got out and wrecked it. We don’t know where he wrecked nor what he hit or if he hit someone. My brother has gone to great lengths to prevent him from driving so this doesn’t happen...but Wyatt Johnson took it upon themselves to make the decisions to allow this to happen. Today my brother took the car and keys to the dealership and left it. And then was told to get an attorney...so if that’s what we have to do then we will...even if I have to start a go fund me account to raise the money. I plan to go to the news stations in Nashville to make this go viral. This is an injustice to our vets who suffer from illnesses that affect their decision making and being taken advantage of! P.S. My father was found incompetent to make financial decisions by the VA doctor, and was assigned a fiduciary so I guess that wasn’t good enough. For those that who need to question things: Fiduciary is someone who is appointed to make financial decisions for the veteran because that person has been found incompetent to make financial decisions. What did the car lot tell me. Sorry your 14000.00 dollar car is only worth 9500.00 now, was told that it happens to everyone eventually who buys cars. Took the car to Carmax and took a even bigger lose to get out of it. These people are crooks, go anywhere else. More
