BUT....when it comes to Wright Nissan and there service team, they really do make you feel appreciated and I always leave feeling satisfied that I got more than I paid for. Teresa and Walt are not only friendly, they are also informed, quick to address a problem and if they do not have an answer immediately, they will before you are finished with your appointment. And they make recommendations that I feel comfortable to follow their advice. I would encourage anyone to bring their vehicle to this service center. More

Excellent diagnosis and repair I made an appointment because of an issue with the starter on my 2010 Altima. The service dept. quickly diagnosed the problem as the brake switch. Unwillingly took my car to a dealership for work. I always hated the thought of taking my car to a dealership for inspection and repairs. Until now. The service dept. was excellent. Things are good here these days! About 2-3 years ago the service here was shady at best. Whoever was choosing the staff was making bad decisions. Everyone is going to have problems with their car and need repairs, even when not expecting it. What matters is that I can trust the staff and their assessment of my cars needs. They are realistic, and understanding. Teresa, especially, is great. Great come back guys. Keep it up. In my book, if you do a good job, and I can trust you, then you have a customer for life. More
