Oil Change, Tire Rotation The routine oil change and tire rotation was good as usual. The new waiting area is very comfortable but I really appreciated the car wash. Fix One Thing... Breaks Another I purchased a 2014 Nissan Titan Pro-X4 on October 29th, 2018. On January 2nd, 2019 I took it back to the dealer because the windshield wiper blades I purchased a 2014 Nissan Titan Pro-X4 on October 29th, 2018. On January 2nd, 2019 I took it back to the dealer because the windshield wiper blades had completely ripped apart. (PIcture of driver side blade available upon request) Everything else was working fine on the vehicle when I handed my keys to the service department. The blades were replaced, in the parking lot, free of charge. My girlfriend and I drove home with the radio off because we had some things to discuss. The following morning, my girlfriend got onto the truck, paired her phone to the truck, and started playing music. She noted that the front driver side door speaker was making a funny noise. She brought it to my attention and we realized that the speaker had blown sometime between when I handed the keys to service the day before and the following morning. We’d only used the truck to get home prior to the morning of January 3rd. My girlfriend called the sales department to see if the speaker happened to be covered by the warranty I purchased. She was transferred to Ryan Carnahan who told her that someone would call her back shortly. Three weeks passed and my girlfriend called Ryan several time, left several voicemails, and never received a call back. Finally, she decided on February 1st to just show up and the dealer and force someone to talk to her. The service department told her what the cost of the new speaker would be along with the labor. She was then told that sales was refusing to compensate. She explained that a speaker worked 100% fine when we dropped it off for service and that when a speaker is going bad, it makes a crackeling sound before it blows. There was no sign that the speaker was going to blow until all of a sudden, it didn’t work after the truck was serviced. More
Didn'the stand behind their product and honor warranty I purchased a new Suzuki from Wright dealership in Wexford, but they didn'the tell me that Suzuki was going to be discontinued being sold in the USA w I purchased a new Suzuki from Wright dealership in Wexford, but they didn'the tell me that Suzuki was going to be discontinued being sold in the USA within a couple months. I believe they kept that information hidden to make a sale. Then several months before the warranty was up, I kept getting a warning light on my dashboard. I took it in to Wright Nisson (where they serviced Suzuki, as their now closed Suzuki show room was always a storefront operation with no service department). Although the dash warning light was on driving all the way out there, they claimed every time I took it in for service, it wouldn'the come on for them. I told them which light it was and what it said in the manuel about it; but only after numerous service appointments, they made sure to run out the time on my warranty. FIVE days after my warranty expired suddenly THEY KNEW IT WAS MY TRANSMISSION. It would cost me over $2,000.00 to have it repaired, and they wouldn'the guarantee the work. I bought a new car, but Not FROM WRIGHT, because it was evident to me that they knew the problem all along and did not want to honor the warranty and treat me fair. DO NOT DEAL WITH WRIGHT DEALERSHIP IN WEXFORD. More

2016 Maxima brakes issue While you may seem to have a good buying experience which most of the reviews are about that, be aware that Wright Nissan is the worst when it comes t While you may seem to have a good buying experience which most of the reviews are about that, be aware that Wright Nissan is the worst when it comes to service, specially if you are trying to use the manufacturer warranty. Wright Nissan "with all due respect to the normal workers there" does not respect nor will they take responsibility for issues that come from the manufacturer. I bought a brand new 2016 Maxima that had an issue with the brakes, loud and sharp noise as you slow down. Took it to Whright Nissan shortly after buying the vehicle. First they denied the issue exists and after finally admitting there's a problem they had me keep coming for the same issue 5 times in the course of several months, sanding the brakes down every time with no proper solution, kept on dranging it for several months until now it's time to change the brakes and abvouisly brakes are not covered because it's a wearable item "Which I understand" but still it's a problem that came from the manufacturer. After several months of them wasting my time waiting for hours at their shop I was like whatever let's change the front brakes and rotors as they identified where the issue is and start fresh hoping this will be it. Also they made me pay for them of course. The same night I took the car the noise back sharper and louder. It's like they reinvented the same issue and made it worse. This is a common problem with the 2016 Maxima that people have been reproting since the car came out, check Nissan forums and you will see. Now the funny part is: Took the car back to Wright Nissan after they have changed the brakes and rotors, I get a call back from the service "Expert" saying "Oh it's your back brakes that are making the noise not the front, you will need to change that". Telling me this after almost a year of sanding down the front brakes and cutting the rotors wasting our time waiting for hours each time we visit. Of course now he's also telling I have to pay almost 400 dollars to change the back brakes. They will do whatever it takes to get you to swipe that card and they will never take responsibility for their own mistakes and the mistakes of the company they represent. I also read from other reviewer on this page that they have deleted all records of him visiting their shop after a bad experience he reported to Nissan Corp. I have all my visits on paper from day one until now... To Wright Nissan: respect your customers and don't take them as fools because they are not. To people who look for a good dealership: Do yourself a favor and stay away. More
