My First Hynudai purchase CJ did a great job with the Sale of the new Hyundai. CJ was personable and knowledgeable. Good salesman, poor management I was led to believe that part of the Blue Link app that I was getting came with a remote starter, but that is not the case. The staff at Wright Hyund I was led to believe that part of the Blue Link app that I was getting came with a remote starter, but that is not the case. The staff at Wright Hyundai also messed up my license and registration, causing to spend a couple hundred dollars on a new one. In exchange I was offered a free oil change with a stated value of $31.95. Additionally, the sales manager, John Gabriel, was very rude on the phone when discussing the issue. He even went as far as to insinuate that the confusion was my fault, and did not take any accountability for the actions of his staff. He is someone I would prefer not to interact with again. There are vehicles other than Hyundai and dealers other than Wright that I will certainly consider next time. Nick Pappas was fine to work with. I'd buy from him again. More
