I had a vehicle there for over 90 days waiting for a back ordered part, and after several calls by myself following up with the service department, they said it would be done and ready to pick up. Went to pick the vehicle up and and the transmission was making a horrendous noise and shifting hard. Turned around and went back. Left it with them over the weekend, went and picked back up and same problem persists!!! Called the service department again and and they told me to go somewhere else because they weren't going to invest anymore time on it because they could not get it to duplicate the same problem. I've had 3 people including myself drive the vehicle and ALL have experienced the same problem. Funny they can't seem too!!!! ONE of the people that drove it for me is a MASTER TECH!!!! More
