An after market oil filter was installed by the certified technicians that lead to an oil leak duty not having the oil ring on the filter. This leak caused both belts to come off around 15k and wrap around the fan so two new belts had to be bought and installed. James the service manager and Jeff the general manager told me the cost to repair was our problem. This was a $650.00 repair that we had to pay Mercedes. When you take a your vehicle to a certified service center you would think the vehicle would at least meet the standards the manufacturer sets forth when it comes to repairing or servicing the vehicle but in the case it clearly did not happen. Sorry I would not recommend this Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership repair center to anyone. They do not stand behind their work. More
