Thomas was great showing me the car, explaining things and getting me through the process. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Erin, the financial expert was also very quick, friendly and efficient. When I found out that wrench and ride was owned by Renn Kirby that gave me a great feeling and that feeling wasn't wrong. Purchased my first car at Renn Kirby in Frederick 30 years ago. Great people in both locations! Mike Circo was also friendly and helpful to us when we were just looking around the lot the other day. Great prices and a lot more inventory incoming! You can't go wrong. More

This is the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. Everything completed in one day. No hassel of going to the DMV and my insurance company Erin and Tom did it all. Tom Tamm showed me the very vehicle I was looking for. I purchased it the same day. Tom contacted my insurance company and gave them my new car information and my insurance was transferred immediately to my new car. Erin completed all the paper work for me to get my tags, registration, and title transferred to my new car. She processed the loan papers quickly and efficiently. Everything accomplished all in a few hours and I drove off with my new car, tags transferred to my new car and my registration transferred to my new car. More
