I want to thank Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie for making my service trip to Wray Ford in January easy, timely, and peaceful. Karl made scheduling my service appointment for my side-view mirror easy. He listened to my concerns and found a time that worked best for me to get my vehicle to the shop to be inspected. Before contacting me with the repair details, Karl connected with the shop to obtain an anticipated date for when the part could be ordered and delivered, along with the pricing, allowing me to plan accordingly. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew Wray Ford was using quality parts and nothing that would be considered after-market. When I arrived at the Service Department, Karl was waiting on the sidewalk to greet and check in customers coming with their vehicles. Although I had visited the shop previously, Karl ensured I knew where to go after checking in my vehicle. He also remembered when I planned to arrive and told me he had already scheduled my trip home. He said Curtis Luce would be driving me home. After walking through the Service Department door, Amanda Stone was behind the counter, greeting everyone with a huge smile, gracious attitude, and a warm welcome. It was not my first trip to Wray Ford, yet Amanda always makes everyone walking through the door feel part of the Wray Ford Family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the TV is on, and refreshments are available. She doesn't just sit behind the counter and stare; she engages with you. She exhibits the same attitude when you call the service department. I have never noticed if she's having a down day during my visits because she happily makes you and those around her her focus. Shortly after taking a seat, Karl opened the door to tell me Curtis was ready to drive me home. The wait was less than five minutes, which was great. Once the shuttle vehicle door opened, Curtis greeted me with a smile and a wonderful personality. He had taken time to warm the vehicle before picking me up since it was cold that morning. He asked if there was a particular radio station I wanted to listen to and alerted me to my ETA. During our drive, we exchanged pleasant conversations. It felt like I was riding with a friend. I felt extremely comfortable. Plus, he drove very cautiously. He also bragged about how much he enjoys working at Wray Ford alongside his teammates, which supported my opinions about Karl and Amanda. When we arrived at my house, Curtis said he would likely see me again once my vehicle was ready because he would drive over in a separate vehicle to pick up Mr. Reggie after he returned my car. Once my car was ready, I received a call from Karl and an emailed copy of my invoice so I could review the breakdown before submitting my payment. Afterward, Karl said I would receive a phone call about the scheduled delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Mr. Reggie. He was delightful and pleased to assist me with the return of my car. It was not my first time dealing with Mr. Reggie. He was just as nice the very first time I met him. When he arrived, we exchanged nice pleasantries and laughter about the day. I cannot say it enough. Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie made my service trip easy, timely, and peaceful. Thank you all so very much for being so wonderful. More
Service department is not the same as it used to be. They didn’t check the fluids like they said they did. My truck started over heating within hours of leaving the dealership. Very poor service! I needed the glove box fixed and after leaving it there for three days they still did not fix it. I would give it a zero if I could. Went in today (6/13/2022) to get an oil change, had to wait awhile for a service advisor to come out to the truck. Finally he comes out and made the excuse that he had just got off the phone with Ford and had to wait to clear his head before he came out. Asked to get an oil change, he looked at his watch and said sure. He wrote me up went inside to wait and about 15 minutes later he comes out and said we can’t get an oil change due to the oil change folks we’re shutting down for the day. When they took the truck they were actually putting it in line for tomorrow morning. Got my keys and he made a lot of excuses. It would have been nice to see some sort of discount for my troubles. We bought my husband a Ford Fusion brand new. It’s been in the shop so many times for different things. They say they fix It but as soon as we get it back it’s not fixed. We have taken it in 3-4 times for in the shop so many times for different things. They say they fix It but as soon as we get it back it’s not fixed. We have taken it in 3-4 times for his screen. Multiple times for his shifter, too. They say it’s a different part of the shifter each time. Many other random things have messed up and been properly fixed. My husband drives for work and we have never been offered a rental. Even when it’s the SAME EXACT problem his car was taken in for the previous week. I’ve never been so unhappy with a business. More
The rear driver side door ajar light started coming on sporadically on my 2015 Ford F-150 I bought from Wray Ford. It got to the point where the alarm would start to go off if you locked it so I took it t sporadically on my 2015 Ford F-150 I bought from Wray Ford. It got to the point where the alarm would start to go off if you locked it so I took it to the dealership to get it fixed. We dropped off the truck they charged us over 500 dollars to fix the latch and said it was ready. When my girlfriend went to go pick it up the doors on the driver side wouldn't even shut so they held it over the weekend to fix it. When she went back for the third time on Monday she didn't even make it 500 feet without the light coming back on. When I came back 4th time to pick it up we didn't even make it out of the parking light without the light coming up again, I took video evidence to show it was still broken and the Service Manager said they had fixed the driver side front door which was the problem (it wasn't we never have had that light come on) and now the problem is the back door and asked if I would also like that door "fixed" as well. I requested a refund which he refused. I am going to recommend to everyone of my friend's that they don't come to this dealership for anything. I used to work at this dealership, I've bought two cars from here, my father bought two trucks from here, I sent coworkers here like my friend Sean, and my friend Amanda I will never recommend it again. If they treat old employees like this I can only imagine how bad they'll treat someone off the street. More
