Dishonest Diagnostic I went to this dealership to have the fuel system tested as I was getting inaccurate readings from the fuel guage on 09 Touareg slightly over 100,150 I went to this dealership to have the fuel system tested as I was getting inaccurate readings from the fuel guage on 09 Touareg slightly over 100,150 miles that I was considering buying. Dylan said there would be a $65 diagnostic fee and if over a hour it would cost $130 additional. Dylan has the vehicle checked out and calls me about 45mins later and tells me and I quote "the fuel senders are working but they are working intermittently and that is causing the fuel guage to go all over the place". Dylan says both fuel senders need to be replaced at a cost of $542.30 before tax but they won't have the part in stock for a few days. I paid the diagnostic fee and took the estimate to the 3rd party dealership that I was buying the vehicle from and they contacted Dylan to confirm the diagnostic as they had run their own check of the fuel senders and said there was no issue. The 3rd party dealership informed me Dylan said the fuel senders were never tested based on the miles on the vehicle and he only recommended they should be changed. I was shocked and called and spoke to Dylan and he denied he ever told me that there was any issue with the fuel senders working intermittently and causing the fuel guage to go all over the place. Instead he stated there was no issue when they were tested other than them being a little worn based on the age and thats why it is recommended they should be replaced. My calls are recorded and for Dylan to lie about what he said to me both over the phone and in person reflects poorly on him and makes me not able to trust any diagnostic from this dealeralship. More

Setting the bar of what a dealership should be So after taking my car to my local ny vw mentioned the chk engine goes on and than shuts off every so often. When I brought it to my dealer of course it went away. Asked to look at it and they performed my 50k service and said no issues w/ the car. Sure enough turns out 2 days later the engine light goes on again. Being at the jersey shore for the weekend I decided to go to my nearest vw dealer. Ended up @ world vw. I walk in no appt. my chk engine light was on but than when I got there it miraculously went away, I'm thinking here we go again. I figured may as well let them look at it. Dylan greeted me w a smile and asked if I mind waiting for a half hr as they were busy. I tell him sure nothing bothers me more than a chk engine light on my gti. Now my '12 gti is out of warranty being it has 54000 miles but I was willing to pay for the repair being its a vw authorized dealer. So the tech scanned some codes and turns out my intake manifold went bad (why the ny tech didn't find that not sure). I'm thinking how much is this gunna set me back? Dylan shared the great news that its covered under warranty and they have the part in stock. He did say its 4 hrs of labor so I would need to leave the car the rest of the day which I didn't mind as I wanted it fixed. Just as I'm about to call an Uber Dylan arranged a driver to take me back home. sure why not spent the next few hrs at the beach and 430 I get a call from Dylan that his driver is on the way to take me back to the dealer! Coming from an overpopulated ny dealer I became accustomed to lackluster customer service. These fine folks really setting the tone, coffee, bagels chips and most importantly the feeling that they really do care. So for my next service its worth an hr drive for me and guess what...next summer when its time for me to trade in my gti for a golf r guess were ill be going...straight to world vw Thanks for a pleasant experience More

She is always looking out for my best interest. Lauren always makes sure I get the best service that is possible. She is the reason why I go back to World. Also Lyndsey PeQueen Who is always there to make sure I get my vehicle in when Its convenient for me. Also takes care of all my need if I am without my GTi. I would not go anywhere else to have my VW serviced More

( He even saved us money by repairing a the under carriage instead of just selling us a new piece.) They where quick to diagnose the problem and called us to let us know what it was and how much it would be. They repaired the car quickly, and we had it back within a day in a half. That was more so because we also had it detailed for a very reasonable price. More

When the part arrived, I scheduled a service day and was told it would be done by the end of the day. At the end of the day, the team had some unexpected complications arise with the job, but this didn't stop them. They continued working on my vehicle after closing time! Almost an hour after closing time they finished fixing my vehicle, and now it works better than I expected. I am pleased with their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right! I recommend them without hesitation. More

Always satisfied I was one of those people who never took my car to the dealer for service. When I bought my Passat in 2013 I started using World VW, and have been so I was one of those people who never took my car to the dealer for service. When I bought my Passat in 2013 I started using World VW, and have been so satisfied that I now own a Jetta, too, and I am planning my purchase of a new Atlas in the near future. World VW rocks!
