I had a fantastic experience in the fall of 2021 when I opted to finance my 2019 Jetta that I had been leasing. I worked with Steven Milano to figure out the best rate I could obtain on my loan and I was a opted to finance my 2019 Jetta that I had been leasing. Found what seemed like a good commuter car at World Volkswagen, sales person was Alyse. Had total confidence in the dealership because they had VERY Good ratings on a few sites. The car listed for $3 Volkswagen, sales person was Alyse. Had total confidence in the dealership because they had VERY Good ratings on a few sites. The car listed for $3,000.00, delivery was $300.00. (Dealership was over 80 miles from my home) So, I offered $3,000.00 ALL IN, because in the ad for the car it clearly said “NO Hidden Fees”. That along with the good reviews, I thought we had a deal, but we didn’t. He sends me a purchase agreement that is charging me” $329.00 for “Accessories” $410.00 for “Government Fees” (I’m registering it in another state) $499.00 "Proc/Doc Fees" $324.75 for “Taxes” (Again, I’m registering it in another state) So, if you look at the Purchase Agreement, I guess they did give me the car for around $3,000.00, Delivered,. They just tacked on an additional $1,562.75 or an additional 58% to the purchase price. What a waste of time, shameful. More
