I went to another Vw dealership and told them I was in the market for a car , but wouldn't be buying for at least 6 months. Needless to say the salesguy acted like he had no time for me and said there wer the market for a car , but wouldn't be buying for at least 6 months. Needless to say the salesguy acted like he had no time for me and said there were no cars available to test drive. I was furious and decided to try another dealership. I walked into World Vw and met Roy Draper .I told him that I wasn't going to buy a car today and he said no problem and answered all of my questions and then offered me a test drive. after the test drive he even offered me coffee water or tea or even lunch if I wanted.I said are you serious and then his boss Gino said there is pizza in the back if you want some slices . My boyfriend and i got a couple slices and then talked some more with Roy . The sales manager Jonathan came over to us thanked us for coming in gave me more info on pricing. Although i wasn't buying that day i was treated like in was still important . the other dealer should take notes from these guys . I already sent two of my friends to Roy and will keep doing so. I will see you guys in February for my new Jetta. I can't wait!!!!! More
What a great experience. We stopped by to test drive the CC. After the test drive we wanted to have lunch. They gave us the car for the day and said lunch is on World Volkswagen. My wife and felt like we were in high school again driving around this car all day. We came back six hours later. We leased the cc and drove it home. From the time we walked in and were greeted by the manager Gino, unitl the time we left. We were treated like royalty. I would recomend this dealership to everyone. Kudos to world More
Don't go to this dealership. They are very unresponsive for any of requests. I had to call them many time to chase the car salesman. After all, their offer price was WAY HIGHER than they advertised. They just want you to come in with this aggressive pricing but you should know that it is just a bait. They will say the price is for the car which is not available and will quote much higher price. We had a certain price in mind and were already approved for a loan at 2.99%. We met with a Roy Draper,the sales agent. We could not have had a better one to deal with at this time. We told him we were shopping around for a car and were not ready to buy; we just wanted a test drive. At this point I expected the squeeze to purchase now to be issued. Nope, we received no such attempt by Roy. He was understanding and professional. We came back a week later and decided to make an offer. The process did not take long. With both Roy and Gino we reached an acceptable price and not only that but, I received a finance rate of 1.99% throught VW. So in conclusion we drove away with the car we wanted, the price point we wanted,and a great finance rate. I might also convey the fact that Jonathan, who took care of all the final paperwork was excellent. All in all we are delighted, happy customers that would do business again and again with World VW of Neptune. More
Went to this dealership with a Truecar price quote they agreed to on a new car. When I arrived, Johnathan said the Truecar price is only good if I accept their finance terms of 4.9% or I can pay an additio agreed to on a new car. When I arrived, Johnathan said the Truecar price is only good if I accept their finance terms of 4.9% or I can pay an additional $1k and I would qualify for the special 1.9%. Johnathan was rude. I was stuck in the dealership in a rainstorm and needed a car to get my elderly mom home. He knew this because on the phone I told him many times I am coming from far away with my mom. We live 60 miles away from this dealership. On the paperwork was an option for window VIN etching for $300. It clearly stated "OPTIONAL". I told him I don't want it. His exact words were "If you don't pay for it, you don't have a car". I bought the car but was pissed that at the tricks they pulled and how I was bullied to buy the VIN etching. I would have left and gone to Douglas or Hamilton but they were further away and I had no way of getting there and the rainstorm was hard and I had to get my mom home. A few days later I get the email survey from VWOA about my dealer experience. I filled it out according to my experience with them. There were two check boxes at the bottom asking whether I would like to be contacted by VWOA or the dealership. I opted to be contacted by VWOA only! I clicked submit on the survey. Five minutes later, I get a call from Gino from the dealership berating me, yelling at me about the survey I submitted. Then he calls me back a second time with a calmer tone asking suggesting if there was a way I could change my survey. I ask about my license plates that have not arrived yet and he asks for my cc to pay for overnighting the plates to me. I tell him Nick told me it's included in the sale. He says it will come out of Nick's pay. So, I was clearly harassed by the dealership since I explicitly opted to ONLY be contacted by VWOA regarding the survey. It's been over 2 weeks since this and VWOA hasn't called me yet. I received the plates with an invoice from World VW for $170 saying they didn't collect the correct amount of sales tax from me at the time of the sale. I go into my records and checked the Bill of Sale and everything adds up correctly so I have no idea where they pull this $170 from. Their invoice also states finance charges apply if the amount isn't paid by date on invoice. How can they apply finance charges to something I haven't sought a loan for? I called Fernando about this and he said he would get back to me about it. It's been 4 days and I haven't heard from him. This dealership is sketchy and downright ridiculous. Avoid at all costs. Seriously, go to Hamilton or Douglass. I wish I did. VWOA should revoke the franchise from these people. More

We had looked at several brands including many VWs in both Flroida and NJ, one Saturday morning on our way to the beach I got on VW's web site before leaving and saw World was just off the parkway where both Flroida and NJ, one Saturday morning on our way to the beach I got on VW's web site before leaving and saw World was just off the parkway where we were going and saw an Internet price on a Passat with extrior color we wanted but a different interior, we also were considering a Jetta. The Passat price was better than any dealer we had chatted with so we stopped in. Its under new management and close to another VW dealer. These folks were friendly and professional (including a lady Sales person i cannot remember her name that was a Passat expert it appeared to me), Nick our salesman was top notch, told us take the Passat for a drive again (He knew we had driven it before and was still undecided), we did, loved more than before!, came back, said its great but its the wrong interior. That is when Johntan came in with Gino they looked at their new inventory, from the back came the Passat we really wanted Black exterior with Cornsilk beige interior, then we said we need 0% Financing, they said we can do that and give you the internet price on this car also. We traded in our old Audi, and drove to the beach with our new Passat, who knew? When you do your research and run into a professional organization like World is, you will pull the string. I would recomend these guys to everyone. No pressure just down to earth, here is what we can match for you. More

Being a woman visiting a dealership solo, I was expecting that I would be pressed into buying something out of my budget, or that I would be blown off, however what I encountered was true professionalism, great customer service, and respect. I traveled from Long Island, NY because World had exactly the car I was looking for and it was well worth the trip! Jeff, the resident Vdub expert, was the sales advisor who assisted me with my purchase. He was down to earth, no-pressure, and just made the whole process an unbelievable easy one. Also dealt with managers Gino and Flavio who listened and worked with me to get me in the car I really wanted at the price I needed to be at. Kudos to finance manager Jonathan as well for getting me an even better than expected finance rate. In addition to all that, one of the owners took the car out for a spin to make sure everything was in tip-top order – it doesn’t get any better than that! The guys are great - and no, I’m not related to any of them. Just wished I lived closer to use their service shop instead of the one in Bayside, NY that shall remain nameless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a VW. World has a great selection with a truly friendly and relaxed, yet professional atmosphere.
