I came into World Volkswagen because my Touareg was on its last leg. When I walked in I was greated by the sales staff who were very professional and said Nick would be with me in a minute. I told Nick I wanted a fuel efficient car because my current vehicle was an SUV and sucked down gas. We took a Passat out for a test drive and as I drove Nick explained all the cool features that were packed into this German masterpiece including the free maintenance through the warranty and the low price tag. I am so glad I bought the Passat because every time I drive this car it feels like I'm driving my old '99 BMW 740il. My wife owns a BMW 3 series and she said the Passat is comparable to hers in ride except the Passat has much more leg room especially in the rear and cost 15k less. The car handles great around the corners, has great pick up and the interior is very classy and functional. The car gets over 2x the gas mileage of my old SUV and I couldn't be happier. Nick was very pleasant to deal with and didn't try and sell me on something I didn't want or need. After my purchase Nick took the time to go over all the features the Passat had and helped me link my cellphone using bluetooth. He also helped me remove the plates off my old car. Nick took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and even made me laugh a few times(I am not known for laughing). After listening to me he recommended a few options that fit my needs. Then helped me narrow down to the car that fit me the best.
