I came to this dealership with a heavy heart. My manual transmission base model Jetta went down hard due to a broken timing belt. With just under 200,000 miles I knew what had to be done. The chill demeanor , no pressure “I know what you’re going through” understating was so comforting !! What a pleasure the VW family is! They’re chill, current, laid back BUT listen to EVERYTHING , not just what THEY want YOU to think they hear. I walked out with Betty White a week later. I’m so happy with her. I held off writing this review until my plates were on, and I’m happy I did!!! Rad, thank you for your service.
