Buyer First impressions were the key to my purchase at World VW! I knew my desired price limit, but was unsure of the type of auto I wanted. After weeks o First impressions were the key to my purchase at World VW! I knew my desired price limit, but was unsure of the type of auto I wanted. After weeks of internet searching on Auto Trader and Carfax, I decided to choose a Volkswagen Jetta. My Dad purchases vehicles at World Volkswagen, so I decided to take a tour. I was welcomed by Jenni Negrin. I didn't want to waste much time with haggles or sales pitches, but I had no worries. As soon as I stated my needs, Jenni suggested some options. We exchanged numbers, and she provided follow up the next day. Her personality was the BEST and exactly the type of interaction I wanted to have when conducting business. I wanted to deal only with her, but World Volkswagen has separate departments for sales. I had to close my deal with Mike Piombo, whom I do not refer to anyone. He had a "this is how it is" personality. I only needed him to test drive & close, but he quoted incorrect/ erred prices. Once I decided to purchase, I noticed minor repairs that I didn't see prior to such as a crack in side mirror, light scrapes in the body, past due servicing. He rambled about what could or could not be done, didn't write any notes and left the lot to go home. My Dad, who was with me, was annoyed upon my first interaction with Mike and wanted me to not buy from him. BUT he respected that I felt that I obtained all I needed from Jenni and she was my salesperson not Mike. The car exterior & interior were not even detailed. Upon leaving, Earl King introduced himself and did the honors of going through every feature in detail my car had and set up the voice command! Great personality, and I highly recommend him!! I will be looking for Jenni and Earl if I go back again. Regardless of the obvious mishaps, I Love My Jetta. 5 stars for team Jenni and Earl ***** More

I talked to Mike on the phone and let him know that I was very busy and didn't have time to haggle. Mike got right to the point and asked me direct questions about what I was looking for. I was blown away when he sent me a video of a car that was exactly what I was looking for. The video was sent within 15 minutes of our conversation. The fact that he was talking directly to me in the video really showed me the extra mile that he was willing to go. It wasn't a stock video. He ran out to the lot and recorded it on the spot and sent it to me immediately. As far as price, he gave me a great offer over the phone without hesitation. I never met Mike before this dealing but can vouch that he is not your average salesman. His quick replies and steps to make the process lightning fast have earned my recommendation, which I can say has never been earned by a car salesman before. More

They low balled me on the initial trade in, but were reasonable to negotiate with. When I came back to pick up car, there was a scratch on the door that I had not noticed on initial test drive. We put the deal on hold while they brought in their detail guy to resolve. I came back the following week and the scratch was taken care of so we proceeded with the deal. Very relaxed environment, no pressure. Roy Draper is a very seasoned sales person with a lot of experience. Jenni was my initial contact and she texted video and pictures of car before I visited. They gave me a clean car fax which was also posted on the website. They did a thorough walk through of how things worked before I left the lot, including setting up bluetooth, etc. Overall a very positive experience. The only negative was that when they wrote up the contract they put some BS fee of $300 for some type of made up etching or security or something bogus. I felt the overall price was fair, so I didn't fight them on it. Also, they wanted to charge extra for the certification. When I told them that would be a deal breaker they relented without much of a hassle. Negotiations are never easy. I didn't get everything I wanted but overall they were fair. I had been in other dealers where I just walked out because they were unreasonable. That was not the case here. More
