I don't know if it was because we were around the same age, or that I admired his sense of youthfulness, but I felt as though I was talking to a twin; we knew what car we wanted, perfect price, and overall best choice. He gave a very transparent and detailed run-down of everything, from the car details, and to the general pricing. The test-drive was smooth and fun (i.e. conversationally). Jay simply made the car thinking process easy, almost too easy, that I scratched all the other dealers, and bought the car that day. 7 months later, just graduated college, still loving my Jetta, I thought I owed this dude a review. Roy Draper asked me all the right questions, got me into a VW Jetta that I could afford and worked with me on the deposit/lease terms. Roy appears to treat everyone like family. On two occasions I went to the showroom there were people waiting to see Roy. He is that attentive and helpful. I would recommend Roy to anyone looking to purchase a car. It was also nice that when browsing cars on my first visit to the dealership, that there was no pressure from a salesman coming out while I was looking at cars and asking what you are looking for. It was a relaxed experience and I never felt pressured. More
