Incredibly easy, streamlined experience I came to this location for my first ever lease and my representative Robert Desantis was incredibly helpful and understanding to any of the sometimes I came to this location for my first ever lease and my representative Robert Desantis was incredibly helpful and understanding to any of the sometimes obvious questions that I had about my lease. He allowed me to test drive two different models and be able to make an easier decision on which car I eventually wanted to purchase (which wound up being the Jetta Sport). Once I decided on which model and color I wanted Robert worked with me on the budget that I was able to afford and eventually made the numbers work so that I could purchase the exact car that I wanted. The dealership is also nice and very clean inside with everything that one could look for including an inviting service waiting area that seems like it will not be much of a hassle to come back and get my vehicle serviced. The receptionist that I worked with, Danielle, was also incredibly helpful as she made it possible to come right in with an appointment after calling in the same day. Overall my experience at this dealership was nothing but positive and I look forward to dealing with them in the coming years. More

Great dealer I'm a bit late to write this review, but better late than never! Hah. This dealership gave me a very good experience. I purchased a used Mustang GT an I'm a bit late to write this review, but better late than never! Hah. This dealership gave me a very good experience. I purchased a used Mustang GT and dealt with Roy Draper. We were able to work on a couple prices and he created a very stress free experience. There was a mixup with one of the keys and I had to leave with only one key. I was a bit worried that they were going to leave me with only one key but sure enough Roy and Jason worked on finding my other key and were willing to buy me a new key if they didn't find it(which they did wind up finding it). All in all fair price for my trade, fair price for the car, and a pleasant experience from this dealer. The only thing I did not like, or maybe just need a little clarification, is why upon going over everything with my father the "price of unit" was a different amount than agreed upon. Maybe a callback with some clarification would be nice. Otherwise great experience! Thanks Roy! More
