Great experience traveled 60 miles to find a car a saw online. Both the salesman and the sales manager made the purchase painless and pleasant. On the way home, I n traveled 60 miles to find a car a saw online. Both the salesman and the sales manager made the purchase painless and pleasant. On the way home, I noticed a noise coming form the panoramic sunroof. I returned to the dealer. They found the noise. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday and they could not fix it that day. I drove the car home and on Monday they sent a driver with a loaner to my house. 3 days later the driver returned with my car, problem fixed. I found their commitment exceptional, never avoiding my calls or not taking responsibility. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Car buying made easy Overall it worked out well. I came in with interest in a specific certified preowned car I saw on the website. They pulled it up and I test drove it a Overall it worked out well. Everything went smooth enough though takes quite a bit of time. I suppose it's a lengthy process to get to the true numbers to compare several items and once I got to the numbers on the Golf I purchased I forgot to inquire about comparing it with a new Jetta, which when paying the certification fee of $1400 in addition to the preowned price would have been about the same, but overall I got a '14 VW Golf with 9500 miles on it for 2000 down and 300 a month over 72 months so even though the final number was about 4000 more than initial price considering tax and fees I'm pleased with the purchase and walk away with the confidence that VW will last quite some time to come. More
