Great Employees and Car Buying Experience! This was my first time buying a car...and I was researching/going to dealerships on/off since December. The dealerships I went to were pushy and only This was my first time buying a car...and I was researching/going to dealerships on/off since December. The dealerships I went to were pushy and only cared about the money/finances...NOT the case at World Volkswagen. Walked around the lot and walked in the building to meet Roy. I told him what I was looking for and that I was very picky. He showed me on the computer what he had in my price range and what I was looking for as far as specifications. We then walked the lot as I saw the cars in person, I test drove one of the cars...went inside and bought it. Excellent experience...No Hassle is the motto and they are true to that. We even didn't know that they actually closed at 6pm, but Roy stayed past 8pm while I was on the phone with the car insurance. Since it was after hours I went back the next morning to sign the paperwork and pick up the nice clean car. Roy was extremely nice and the only car salesman I met throughout my car buying experience to take the time to explain everything to me and sit in the car with me to show me the different features. He called the next day to make sure I loved it...which I do!!!! Thanks for the no pressure experience and making my first car purchase extremely not stressful but actually pleasurable! More

I saw the exact car I wanted for roughly the price I was hoping for online but was hesitent to World's VW sales and customer service staff was great. I saw the exact car I wanted for roughly the price I was hoping for online but was hesitent to see the car in person because I live out of state. I called and spoke with Kevin who gave me the whole history of the car and answered all my questions. I decided to drive the 175+ miles to see the car and worked with Bob Desantis, who was just great. Even after forgeting some items in my trade-in, Bob quickly shipped them back to me. Very positive experience - as usual. I've been a World VW customer for about 20 years. The service department took excellent care of my 86 Golf (purchased elsewhere), and when the time c I've been a World VW customer for about 20 years. The service department took excellent care of my 86 Golf (purchased elsewhere), and when the time came to replace it, I naturally bought a 99 Golf from World. It was serviced efficiently and carefully, and I'm confidently passing it on to my grandson. I started to look for a replacement somewhat halfheartedly about three months ago; at that time, Earl King patiently showed me every VW on the lot and didn't crowd me when he didn't hear from me. Last Saturday, I bought a pre-owned 2014 Golf. Again, everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. I will certainly continue to have my car serviced at World VW. More
